These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept them.

Who you are buying from

This store is operated by Lurivea, Sliema, Malta. Contact: luriveasupport@gmail.com. Coolpaw™ is a product line of Lurivea.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we cannot deliver to your address.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euro (€) and include applicable VAT. Delivery is free within Malta and Gozo. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment providers. Where a discounted price is shown alongside a higher reference price, the reference price is the price previously applied by us.

Availability

We try to keep stock information accurate. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Delivery

We deliver to Malta and Gozo only, with MaltaPost, typically within 5–7 business days of dispatch. Estimates are not guaranteed dates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery page.

Cancellation and returns

You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel, and we voluntarily extend this to a 30-day money-back guarantee. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Images are illustrative and colours can vary slightly between screens. Our products are pet accessories, not veterinary or medical devices, and are not a substitute for veterinary advice. Please supervise your dog when using any accessory, choose the correct size, and stop use if it causes discomfort.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy our content without permission. All site content, branding and images remain our property or that of our licensors.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Email luriveasupport@gmail.com and we will try to resolve any issue quickly. EU consumers may also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Nothing here removes the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
