We ship across Malta and Gozo only.

Cost

Free delivery on every order. No minimum spend, no surprise charges at checkout.

Carrier and timing

Orders are sent with MaltaPost and typically arrive within 5–7 business days of dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Maltese public holidays. Orders placed at weekends are processed the next working day.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is handed to MaltaPost, so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email luriveasupport@gmail.com as quickly as possible — we can usually correct it before dispatch.

Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Peak periods, weather and carrier backlogs can occasionally add time. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, contact us and we will chase it with MaltaPost or resend it.

Missing or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, email luriveasupport@gmail.com within 7 days and we will resolve it — replacement or full refund.
